Initial reports that surfaced when former-Broncos backup-turned-quarterback-phenom Tim Tebow was traded to Jets earlier this year led many of us to believe that Tebow was moving into the same upscale Bedminster, NJ neighborhood by the Trump National Golf Club that teammate Mark Sanchez currently called home. However, recent rumors have surfaced from none other than Artie Lange himself, that say otherwise.

The former Howard Stern Show sidekick has told sources that Tebow is going to be his neighbor in Hoboken. When Tebow first arrived in New York, it was originally reported that New York Jets officials persuaded him to look for real estate in New Jersey rather than going across the river to New York, out of fear that the temptation of the New York nightlife would be too much for Tebow.

If Lange is correct and Tebow is indeed settling down in Hoboken, then he will be as close as one can get to living in New York City without actually owning a New York City address. With views of the Manhattan skyline directly across the Hudson River, the building that Tebow is rumored to be looking at is The Constitution, a 13-story collection of luxury condominiums.

Of course, Tebow won’t be the first notable New York quarterback to take up residence in Hoboken. Another lesser-known New York quarterback whose name you may recognize — Eli Manning — also resides in Hoboken with his wife and daughter in an apartment that is big enough to fit his two Super Bowl MVP trophies.
