Well, it’s a slow time in real estate, and it’s no different when it comes to celebrity real estate. Thankfully, we have Ving Rhames to bail us out, just like he does to the main character in the movies in which he co-stars. Just like he proved in Mission: Impossible, nothing is impossible; not even selling real estate in this market.
Indeed, Mr. Rhames just recently sold his house in Brentwood, California for $1.95 million. This 4,400-square-foot, Mediterranean style home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The unfortunate thing for Ving is that he came out on the losing side of this real estate flip. He originally purchased the home for $2.5 million. But, I guess you’ll do whatever you can for some extra cash when you owe the IRS $1 million.
